The immune system:   Works to keep germs out of the body and destroy any that get in.

Is made up of a complex network of cells and organs that protect the body from infection, which include:


Lymph nodes are part of the immune system.

They release lymphocytes, a certain type of white blood cell that fights infection.

The blood vessels and lymph vessels carry the lymphocytes to and from different areas in the body.

Each lymphoid organ plays a role in the production and activation of lymphocytes.

Organs in the lymph system include:

Adenoids:   Two glands at the back of the nasal passage.

Blood vessels:  The arteries, veins, and capillaries through which blood flows.

Bone marrow:   The soft, fatty tissue found inside bones where blood cells are made.

Lymph nodes:   Small organs shaped like beans, which are located all over the body and connect via the lymphatic vessels.

Lymph vessels:   A network of channels all over the body that carry lymphocytes to the lymphoid organs and bloodstream.

Peyer’s patches:   Lymphoid tissue in the small intestine.

Spleen:   A fist-sized organ in the left side of the belly.

Thymus:   A small organ behind the breastbone.

Tonsils:   Two oval masses in the back of the throat

Below is the daily plan I stringently kept to for a year.


1. PH Level: Check your PH levels every day

2. Start the day: with Bicarbonate & Soda allow 20 minutest to digest.

3. Daily Drink: Create the daily health drink and top it up through the day

4. Juice: Try to juice and drink the complete container, allow one hour to digest.

5. Breakfast: Try to make this healthy breakfast. This meal will energize you.

6. Vitamin Tablets: After breakfast consume a cocktail of BIO vitamin tablets

7. Lunch / Dinner: Salad or Curry

8. Exercise: go for a walk, cyclic ride or exercise at home. 

9. Afternoon drink: Green tea, Herbal tea or more daily juice.

10. Afternoon: Eat one piece of turmeric root

11. Before Bed: Take Omni BioTic to help the overnight digestion, and Astrozym to help the liver and stomach bacteria

Your Immunity is fueled by what you eat and drink.

If your stomach can not digest the food you eat, you will become slow, unhealthy, you will put on weight and you will not be able to think clearly.

Your immunity will slow down and in some cases shut down completely.

If your immunity has closed down, your body is now desperately trying to get the immunity running again.

Whilst your immunity is shut down, nasty things are allowed to grow in your body like cancer cells which are normally dormant.
